Any party in a maize quality dispute can contact MQL telephonically (preferably) or via email. The team member closest to the site will respond as soon as possible.
Quality disputes usually involve grading, moisture, GMO, insects, noxious seeds, foreign matter etc. When the dispute involves grading, a full grading test will be conducted. Sampling and testing will be done by the MQL team member. Results of the test will be revealed immediately to the disputing parties telephonically and a full report will be sent electronically.
